1. Welcome: 
Mr Kevin Harvey welcomed all present, especially: Director J. Sayer, S/Supt(F) Emmanuel, Metro Supt Lionet, Capt R Ponsie, Capt MJ Botha, and Councillor Fawzia Peer.

6. CrimeZero magazine: 
Cst Clark presented an introduction for the launch of the new community magazine, Crime Zero. 

7. Service Delivery Improvement Program:6. Guest Speakers:
Mr Rusty Damp presented his findings of levels of service delivery to the community and reported they were mostly satisfactory.

8. Crime Report:
S/Supt DM Singh presented the crime report. He noted the continued challenge of housebreakings in the area. He reported that in the whole of February until the 14 March, there had been no armed robberies or car jacking. On the 14th, there was one carjacking and a house robbery where criminals had walked into the house through an open door.

9. Address by Dir J Sayer: 
Dir Sayer announced to the community that S/Supt Singh had been promoted and had been posted to SAPS Wentworth. He congratulated S/Supt Sing on the good work he had done in Westville. Dir Sayer then introduced the community to the new Westville Station Commissioner, S/Supt(f) Emmanuel.

10.Address by Cst Clark: 
Cst Clark presented S/Supt Sing with a drawing he had done as a parting gift and thanked S/Supt Singh for the years he had worked alongside him.

11.Guest Speaker: 
Joey of the Crisis Care Centre presented a talk on the proliferation of drug and alcohol abuse among young people in the community. She cited examples from her own personal family experience.

12.Address by S/Supt(f) Emmanuel: 
S/Supt(f) Emmanuel thanked the community for the warm welcome and promised to build on the good foundation S/Supt Sing had begun in his position as Station Commissioner.
