Mr Kevin Harvey welcomed all present.

4. CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:

5. MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:
 Nil.

6. BUST OF THE MONTH:
Cst M.E. Mkhize was awarded Bust of the Month, was not present and would be forwarded to the next meeting

7. CRIME REPORT:
 Cst Clark presented the crime report, noting Sector 3 still problematic with house breakings and Sector 4 with Vehicle theft and theft out of. He reported that several cases of theft out of MV could have been avoided if community members had stored valuables out of sight.

8. GUEST SPEAKER:
Mrs Meera Patel of Mind your Body with Spirit Clinic in Westville briefly explained the work her clinic does in terms of counselling, stress and lifestyle management courses. She also presented SAPS members with certificates for attending a Personal Development Workshop.

9. SDIP:
 Mr Rusty Damp reports that his enquiries resulted in a couple of cases where Police response was slow, otherwise favourable responses from the complainants he contacted.
