Drugs will make you sick. I Feb 2007
Sunday Feb 4. Cape drug scene.
Henry Samuels and son Steven were both hooked on TIK. It was Steven who froze to death in the nose wheel compartment of a 747.
He had previously destroyed furniture with a panga, tried to hang himself. This started at 15 whilst at school when he started on dagga and mandrax. Dear reader please don't think this is restricted to the Cape it could be present is in our schools at the moment. All race groups, rich or poor are being sucked in. Obviously 15 year olds do not read the newspapers (many adults also). Please take the time to sit your child down and talk to them. After all they are your most precious asset. What can they tell you what is going on in the school. Its not a matter of ratting any more but to save our country from a collapse of our children who we hope could become role models in the future.
Parents should not be naive about drugs, if you are then you could loose your children forever as re-hab is a long road with no end and will cost you lots of cash. If you don't believe it then go along to the meetings of
TOUGH LOVE and see how others are trying to cope with the problem.. I have DVD,s available that would be suitable to show your family the treacherous road drugs will take you. If you are interested please contact me. If not for yourself then for a friend who is in need of help.
To often we think we should not interfere - its not my business etc. Are we not here to help one another in times of need. Many go to church regularly, is this to get credits in heaven when the day arrives. Or is it to obtain guidance on how to assist fellow travelers who do not like to ask for assistance. You be the judge.
How many mothers allow their daughters to parade with skirts up to the
(a shipping expression). These young ladies are so beautiful that they have no need to flash to the boys. Lets encourage them to keep their secrets until they are older.
Do you think there are no drugs in Westville? - what are you smoking?
Perhaps we all think, shame all those little Indian children in Chatsworth (and Phoenix) have all those drug dealers pulling them down. Mate - there are drugs everywhere and perhaps with people that you know.
Remember we have had two recent busts with wealthy persons (from drug money I suppose) living in Westville and losing all to the assets forfeiture team. They lose their assets, you lose your child, your partner. All the more reason - trust no - one even your own child.
If you are a frequent visitor to my pages you may recall my previous comments about children and sex. Mothers saying 'my daughter is only 13 - 14 - 15 - etc and she would never be doing that'. How many believed this and ended up with an unexpected grandchild which was invariably loved and accepted.
Use the same premise with drugs 'my child would never do that' but instead of a loving grand child you would inherit a lying, thieving useless individual who would be unemployable and cost you lots of money, if you could afford rehab, if rehab was available.
I have taken examples reported in the newspapers and it is frightening.
Chatsworth. Troubled teenager forced his mother to lock him in his bedroom to avoid returning to drugs.- A woman contemplating suicide because of her two drug addicted violent children - thirty five calls a day to the Chats Anti Drug Forum from desperate children needing help to break the habit. With all addictions booze or drugs one must not continue to associate with abusers.
One always reads in the papers about 'the well known drug barons' if they are that well known then why are the not arrested and imprisoned - perhaps we should ask the cops that!
UK murders far away you may say. Six prostitutes killed, Oh you did not know as you do not read the paper or watch TV. Anyway the drug scene is directly linked to crime and prostitution.
Gemma Adams 25. Her only possessions were a tooth brush , tooth paste and panties. She would sleep in a door way or on a park bench. She was addicted to heroin. Every thing she earned was spent on drugs. She was someone's daughter -she could be your's or mine. She started smoking dagga when she moved in with a boy friend, and then progressed to heroin and then to sex to pay for the drugs. This is happening in Durban, in Point Road which is where the clubs are - do your children go clubbing??? beware.
Sex brings prostitution to the fore. A Durban club has numerous illegal Thai girls 'doing their thing'. I mentioned this on my pages a few moths ago when it was reported. S Supt Bala Naidoo reported in the news paper that 'a couple of check ups had been made' with little cause for concern it appeared. Now it seems there is a very prominent club visited by very prominent persons turning over, figuratively speaking, many thousands of Rands per day. He must have missed that one, never mind he has now been promoted to the rank of a Director.
Go-Go Goniwe has now got to zip his lip and his trousers. Good news for once. It seems he ducked prosecution on the Travelgate payments. His financial problems will now bring him down to the taxpayers level. Lets hope Foreign Affairs will now follow
suit with their sex pest..
